TNT Service Alert
The following lines are an extract from the TNT service alert page

Following the Italian Prime Ministerial Decree of March 22, 2020, establishing additional measures to contain COVID-19, including the suspension of all manufacturing industrial and commercial business activities retail activities in Italy (other than those expressly identified in such Decree as essential or strategic), we confirm that TNT continues to operate as the restrictions and regulations issued by the competent authorities allow.  

However, as a consequence of the current situation arising from the spread of COVID-19 in Italy:

• Domestic and international pick-up and delivery services are suspended in the zip codes served by the stations of Orbassano, Alessandria, Bergamo and Brescia.
• Domestic pick-up services are suspended in the zip codes served by the stations of Como e Monza.
• Domestic and international pick-up and delivery services may experience delays in the zip codes served by the stations of Bologna, Grosseto, Milano, Modena, Vicenza and Zibido.
• Pick-up of domestic shipments above 68 kg and of domestic non-conveyable shipments is limited across the country.
• International shipments by road are experiencing delays across the country.
