Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within 24 business hours. You will receive a tracking number for your order within 24 hours from the moment it ships. These emails are sent automatically, if you do not receive notification please check your spam folder before contacting Black Box. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the following business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. Black Box is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies. Domestic orders (Italy) will be delivered by TNT within 3/5 working days. International orders will be delivered by one of our couriers of choice (DHL, Fedex) and delivery times vary depending on the location but usually no more than 5/7 working days. 

Festive Season Delivery : If you’d like to receive your items ahead of the holidays, please place your order before 19th December before 15:00. Any order after that date will be delivered on the 27th or 28th December. 

DROPS: Shipping costs for DROPS are always on the client and in case of return, only the article returned will be refunded.

Returns & Replacements
You are welcome to return any clothing, footwear, and accessories ordered within 30 days of delivery for the refund as long as the item is unworn and in new condition, with all tags and/or packaging attached. Footwear must be returned in the original packaging. All returns must be authorized via return form you find here (If the link doesn't work go to "My Account" and click on "Return Items".

Exchanges are not allowed for a correct tracking of the articles. Returns will be refunded with the same payment method used while placing the order within 3 working days from delivery. It is possible to place another order for the correct item or size while waiting for the refund or a return, as preferred. Shipping costs are always on the client for wrong purchase.

Online purchases cannot be exchanged or returned in store.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Amazon Pay and PayPal. Occasionally, we may require additional information to verify your identity. In this case we will contact you by email or by telephone. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.While we work hard to keep prices displayed on accurate there may be errors from time to time. If there is an inaccuracy in order pricing, we will contact you via email before shipping to correct the error. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including price inaccuracies.
